Temporal Lift

Temporal lift is a procedure that surgically lifts the deep tissues upward through an incision made 2 cm from the temple hairline, especially planned for patients who complain of sad, tired looks and low facial structure. It is a procedure whose scars can be relatively hidden, sometimes combined with upper eyelid and sometimes cheek lifting (Midfacelift / from inside the mouth).

With this procedure, eyebrows are lifted from the side; almond eyes (Cantopexy) and upper cheek lifting are achieved. Especially in suitable patients, very effective results can be obtained due to skin stretching under the upper eyebrow and under the eye.

The process takes approximately 2 hours. After the surgery, you will stay in the hospital for 1 night for observation. Serious edema and bruising around the eyes are expected, especially on days 2, 3 and 4. On days 4 and 5, edema and bruises will begin to recede and shift. It is normal for the eyes to look more slanted than expected and have asymmetries in the first 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, returning to a more social life will be easier.

No surgery can be called permanent, but this procedure can be described as stretching the deep tissues and changing their location permanently. In all surgeries, the person’s skin quality, environmental factors, self-care – nutrition, harmful habits, sleep patterns – and especially genetics are very important and vary from person to person. And it is impossible to say that a surgery is 100% permanent. After the surgery, loosening of the skin is inevitable, especially after the muscles begin to work and facial expressions begin to be used. Therefore, more retraction is planned than the expected result of the surgery. The result of the surgery will age with you, but its elegant effect is expected to always accompany you.
