He was born in Antakya in 1990. Surgeon Soner Karaali was born in Antakya in 1990. He completed his higher education with honors at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine of Istanbul University, Turkey's first medical faculty, in 2014.

He received his specialist training at the Department of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery of Istanbul Faculty of Medicine of Istanbul University, one of Turkey's well-established plastic surgery clinics. At the clinic where he specialized, he received intensive training especially in hand surgery, microsurgery, pediatric plastic surgery, maxillofacial surgery and face-head and neck surgery. He received a microsurgery training certificate during his assistantship training. At the "CSF 2018" held in Las Vegas, USA in 2018, his project on open wound models received the best project award. In the same year, he was in Los Angeles as an observer on facelift surgery and perorbital surgery. He completed his specialist training in 2020. In the same year, he was entitled to receive the title of specialist from the European Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS). He completed his compulsory service at Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University Mengücekgazi Training and Research Hospital. Later, he performed many operations at Private İrmet Hospital, especially on patients coming from different countries due to health tourism. He currently accepts patients in his clinic called "MASK CLINIC" in Nişantaşı, Istanbul.

• Surgeon Soner Karaali is a member of the World Society of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), Turkish Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association (TPRCD), Emergency Hand Surgery and Microsurgery Association (ACELEMDER), Reconstructive Microsurgery Association (RMCD), Turkish Medical Association (TTB).

The subjects he is particularly interested in are facial aesthetics, nose aesthetics, breast aesthetics, body aesthetics, body shaping, reconstructive surgery, malignant skin tumors, minimally invasive aesthetic procedures (such as fillers, botulinum toxin applications, PRP, radiofrequency), stem cell treatments and jaw closing (orthognathic surgery) disorders.

Especially facial aesthetics is his special field of interest. Face lift, neck lift, rhinoplasty, mid-face lift, temporal lift and eyelid aesthetics are the areas he is most interested in in his daily practice. He has attended many courses and scientific meetings both abroad and domestically, especially on the subject of "deep plane face lift", and it is one of the procedures he uses most in his daily practice.
